[TSVN] Changing log message after commit.

Hello dev,

  I tried to change log message (pressing Shift+DblClick in "Log
  Messages") and get error looks like "ask administrator to enable
  pre-revprop-change hook".

  After, I copied 'pre-revprop-change.tmpl' -> 'pre-revprop-change' in
  repository folder 'hooks/' and get error:
  ------------
  'pre-revprop-change' hook failed with error output:

  ------------

  What can I do enable changing log message? Maybe TSVN pass incorrect
  parameters?

  Repository on FreeBSD, accessing through 'svn://', version -- 1.0.5
  (r9954)

  TSVN version -- 1.0.8, Build 1430.

  PS: I tried to play with file 'pre-revprop-change' like making it
  executeble, clearing its content, write "exit 0" and so on, but
  it's all the same...
