Aaah. I couldn't see the line Add to ignore list so i thought it was
add... now it's somehow clearer

couldn't this the changes in r1446 that the submenu lines are empty?
just searched around the logmessages.
you could also send me privately some files with debug information, so i
can test it for you on nt4
