Don't think so. In revision 1446 I removed the afx resources from the
shell extension dll. Since the shell extension doesn't use any MFC or
ATL, those resources are not necessary at all.

I really don't know how to test this. Really. I compared older revisions
with my working copy, and the lines where the submenu gets set up and
inserted haven't changed at all since the last release. So I really
don't know why the icon on the submenu is gone or why there isn't any
text on the submenu.

And the file IconOverlay.cpp hasn't changed since revision 1289...

I'm starting to really hate NT4 O-)
