Fixed in revision 1540.

Sure. The submenu contains the line "Add to ignore list" on the newer
OS's. So the svn:ignored property is modified/set.

That was reported before. But I don't have access to NT4, so I can't fix
this. If someone else with NT4 is willing to help here we could possibly
fix this.
