[TSVN] Proxy settings

I could confirm the "strange" TSVN proxy behaviour. I have no proxy set in "Control Panel | Internet
Options" (IE settings) and irrespective of the TSVN proxy settings the remote server always gives me
"400 Bad Request" (see the attached screenshot). The connection is alright only if I check
"Automatically detect settings" in IE settings. I had no problem connecting to any servers before.
The OS is Win2K SP4 at work. At home (with WinXP Pro SP2) I saw a different message when I set proxy
manually in TSVN Settings - I can't remember exactly what but something like "Can't find host
'http=192.168.0.1'...". And 192.168.0.1 is my proxy server IP address.
