[TSVN] About updates in lnaguage files

Hi

I found some errors in my (bg) translation and I fixed most of them. But I would like to test it
first and then (if everything's alright) to send the update. So I would like first to build new
DLLs. Any easy way to build them? I think about ResText but It needs Tortoise*Lang.dll files, isn't
it?

I also found some labels wider than their allocated space -- the "Builtin" labels on "Settings |
Diff/Merge" page (look at the attached image "Settings_DiffMerge.png").
