[TSVN] Serious problem and hardcoded strings and more

Hi,

A serious problem. "Blame" does not work in my system anymore. The
same synthoms as editing svn config file: "Cannot find file .txt. Do
you want to create a new file?". Note the text of the alert: "file
.txt".

More on translation. I've configured TortoiseSVN in Spanish. I think
some of this messages are generated by svn, but some of them are from
TSVN.

1) Try to tag / branch. Log message is not localized: 'made a copy'.

2) Try to show log in a WC of a really new repository (rev. 0). You'll
find a messagebox with "No such revision '1'" not localized.

3) Right click in a WC of a really new repository (rev. 0) and then
SVN - Delete. You'll find a messagebox with "'C:' is not a working
copy. Message is not localized, and also the message is quite strange
as I have right clicked in a folder, not C:.

4) Try to revert a WC of a really new repository (rev. 0). After
clicking OK, you'll find a messagebox with "'.' is not a working copy"
which is also a strange message as "." is certainly a WC, and the
message is not localized.

5) A request for future versions. For example, after reverting you'll
disable "Cancel" button and thus the ESC key. It's quite annoying as
ESC key is a quick way to close dialogs, and you cannot use after
commiting or reverting. You even can't use the "X" in the top right
square!

That's all -- by now ;)

Thank you Steve for the great work you're doing!
