[TSVN] 1.0.7 problem?

Hi,

Maybe someone else can confirm this. TortoiseSVN Settings - Subversion
config file: Edit. Notepad is opened with empty file and a msgbox with
message "Cannot find file .txt. Do you want to create a new file?".
Note the text of the alert: "file .txt".

Folder \docs and settings\user\application data\subversion exists and
file "config" exists in that folder too. In Spanish, the folder is
called "C:\Documents and Settings\user\Datos de programa\Subversion".
