Check your settings for the default text viewer (settings dialog).

This one's hardcoded for now. Sorry.

All these messages are from the subversion library, which is _not_
localized yet. It will be in the 1.1.x branch though (but that too will
depend on people actually having translated the Subversion library
messages).
