Following
http://lists.debian.org/debian-openoffice/2004/02/msg00107.html, and
the three references you can find there, it should be

LANGUAGE_TERRITORY.CODESET@MODIFIERS

So, eu_ES for Basque, ca_ES for Catalan, gl_ES for Gallegan, and es_ES
for Spanish.

1069 Basque, 1027 Catalan, 1110 Gallegan, 1034 Spanish (Spain).
