[TSVN] Explorer crash when right clicking on quick launch icons

When right clicking (to view the context menu) on any quick launch icon on
your task bar, Windows Explorer immediately crashes and restarts itself. I
am certain that it is Tortoise SVN since it did not occur before
installing, did after installing, and stopped again after uninstalling. The
issue stopped occurring for a short time, but for the most part, it seems
to consistently crash explorer.
