[TSVN] Re: Installing TortoiseSVN on WinXP

Hi,
I now tried the following: I deleted all keys in the registry. This didn't work.

Then I logged off and logged in as local administrator and the installation
suceeded.
When I logged in as user (and I'm in the group of local administrator too) I
could use the TortoiseSVN.
So, I'm happy now. But still don't understand the shell32.dll error message.
