I'm not sure if that's the right way. All I can tell you is that with
the latest installer of TSVN people haven't had that kind of error
message anymore. So all I can do is guess.
What params do you pass to msiexec? Do you just doubleclick on the msi
installer file? Or is TSVN installed by GPO's from your domain controller?
