First:
I blocked your second message to the list. Can't you wait more than half
an hour until you get an answer without resending the message? Be
patient, or people will get angry! And using a different mail address
won't help you either.
I suggest you uninstall any earlier version of TSVN first - my guess is
that you have a _very_ old version on your computer which now interferes
with the new install. We had such a bug in the TSVN installer, but that
was at least two versions ago.
