It will definitely never be part of Eclipse. There are places where you
can build your own Eclipse bundle and then it downloads it all for you. I
think these sites include Subclipse as an option but I do not use any of
them. Installing from our update site (which the Marketplace Client
eventually does as well) will be faster. I only have a 3 MB connection and
it only takes a minute for me.
