Assume you have tried:

http://subversion.apache.org/packages.html#ubuntu

The Linux RPM that CollabNet provides should work on Ubuntu and it
installs into /opt/CollabNet_Subversion so it will not interfere with
your default Ubuntu packages. However, since it is packaged as an RPM
you have to use "alien" to install it.
