No. But it is most likely. Subclipse plays no role in the
communications. We call the high level API's defined by Subversion
and all of the work is done by the API provider. We register
callbacks with the API so that if it wants to put up a dialog to ask
you for input it can do so. The API controls calling those callbacks
and also doing any caching of credentials.

I have found the SVNKit team to be very responsive over the years. If
you provide them with more details than you have provided here they
might be able to help. They also have some logging and other things
they can help turn on. I am guessing they would at least want to see
screenshots so they can understand the dialogs you are talking about.
