My guess is you just need go to the Workbench > Decorator preferences
and turn SVN back on. A few people in the past years have had this
checkbox disabled. It is interesting that you are the first one to
provide any log based evidence that Eclipse did it. In terms of your
questions, sorry do not have any answer. It sounds like our code
threw an exception and this is how the calling code logged it.
Without knowing how to create the problem it is hard to know what the
cause is.
