Sorry, forgot to mention that I did this. However, it's deactivated
again as soon as I leave the preferences dialog.

I also found the cause:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=360806

It's some Team feature that causes this in the Subclipse decorator.
