Yeah, basically, I needed a clear explanation on how to do that from end-to-end. Some *nix friends ended up helping me out.

1) In PuTTY Config > SSH > Tunnels add the local port (client machine) and internal IP and port (of the repository one hop away from SSH connection).
2) Log in normally to the shell.
3) In Eclipse SVN Repository, add repository "http://localhost:port/repository/folders/"

I knew it was something simple, just didn't have it straight in my head how that worked.

Unfortunately, now that I've checked the project out, Eclipse hangs every time I right-click a file for options in the PHP Explorer, and I have to kill it. Think I'll just wipe it and do a full reinstall now that I've figured it all out.
