Subclipse is not involved at that level. We just call API's provided
by Subversion. JavaHL certainly supports this. I'd assume SVNKit
does as well, but perhaps not. It certainly will need to if it
doesn't. If you have reason to suspect SVNKit does not support this,
you should email support_at_svnkit.com.
