[Subclipse-users] CAPABILITIES parameter not supported?

It looks like the CAPABILITIES parameter used in the start-commit hook is not supported in Subclipse 1.4.1.
We would like to use this to prevent clients < ver. 1.5.0 from committing to our repositories by checking
the merginfo capability. Is this going to be supported?
