[Subclipse-users] Subclipse 1.4.1 install didn't seem to take

I just upgrade to 1.4.1. The installation didn't seem to work
entirely though. I can see all the normal subclipse options under
preferences, but none of my projects are showing as subversion
projects anymore.

Symptoms are when I right click a folder I don't get any options under
the team menu, and also the .svn folders are getting copied to the
output folder instead of ignored which is the most annoying thing.
Basically it is like the project is not a subversion project at all.

Any ideas? I have tried creating a new workspace but that didn't seem
to help at all. The 'Product Configuration' window shows Subclipse
1.4.1 installed and the 'Subversion Client Adapter 1.5.0' installed
