Because my system is component based just like Eclispe and I can check out
various bits of pieces of the source tree to work on independently. I could
theorecitcally set the properties at the top folder for each component
within the overall tree but I still have to set up everyone's auto-props to
ensure new components get the right settings, rather than rely on the
properties to get set on new components manually.
