Using the logregex I could set %BUGID% as a full URL rather than just a
number
And the bugtraq:url I could be set to %BUGID% rather than
http://blah?nmber=%BUGID%.

I do not understand regular expressions enough to even test the feature,
let alone implement it. One thing I would suggest if you have access to a
Windows box is to setup TortoiseSVN and test that you can get the feature
to work the way you want. My understanding of the feature is that it just
provide another way to extract bug ID's from the message. There is
nothing that allows you to provide alternate URL's.
