[Subclipse-users] Cygwin ssh popups with svn+ssh

I'm running Eclipse 3.2 with the Subclipse plugin under WinXP. I'm
connecting to our subversion repository(on a linux server running
fedora) using an svn+ssh URL. On my windows box, Subclipse is using
cygwin's ssh client to connect. This all works wonderfully, except that
for every svn transaction in eclipse, a shell window (presumably caused
by the ssh connection) will briefly pop up, then disappear. There is no
text in the window, and it's not asking me to authenticate.

Has anyone else encountered this, and if so is there a way to suppress
these (annoying) pop-ups?
