Yes, please file an issue with a request for documentation improvement.
I might to adapt it when I'll bump into some free time again ...
BTW, the upcoming 1.1 release of svnAnt will support javaSvn,
so the dependency on commandline svn or javaHL libs will be optional as long
as the javasvn.jar will be shipped together with svnant ...
AFAIR, the 1.1 is ready from the code point of view, just the docs need to
be updated.
So if you really don't want to go the cmd/javahl way, you can build the
svnant from trunk and use it with javasvn.
