Subclipse for Eclipse 2.x (which is what you are using) is no longer
supported or developed and hasn't been for over a year. In your case, the
problem is that you are trying to use Subversion 1.3 binaries. If you are
going to use that version, you have to use Subversion 1.1.4. You should
also use JavaHL, and the version for Windows comes with it and the right
version.
