Why?

I do not see any point in scoping non svn: properties.

I would rather not use subclipse: in the property name.

I shouldn't use svn: in the name.

We use tsvn: in some names because of features that came from TortoiseSVN,
but that wouldn't be appropriate here.

Ultimately it comes back to that I just do not see any point in adding
scoping to a name a like this.
