   I believe CVS plugin will mark parent folders as changed if there
are new resources that are not under version control. It would be nice
if Subclipse do the same.

   By the way, I've noticed you've added new icon for missing
resources isung the same overlay as error marker. Wouldn't it be more
natural to use question mark like for resources that are not under
version control?
