Whilst we're on the topic of nested unversioned files, I would /really/
love it if the Team -> Add to version control option was also enabled
recursively (ie. if there are any unversioned files anywhere below the
current directory).

Having said that, the commit dialog always catches them all anyway so
it's not that big of a deal.

Making it a configurable option would definitely be the way to go, and
making it play nice with svn:ignore as well (so that "magic" files and
directories that Eclipse creates don't cause any trouble).
