Problem when using repositories externals

this project has a external svn property on libs/meca

first, update the repository and returns the revisions:
coyote = 353
meca = 15

update -r HEAD /home/pablo/workspace/coyote
    Updating external location at: /home/pablo/workspace/coyote/libs/meca
    At revision 15.
    At revision 353.

before try "sincronize" on "Team Sincronizing Perspective" and make the
next error:

svn: Unable to find repository location for
'svn://dev/coyote/trunk/colectas.php' in revision 15
