I assume you are using 0.9.32, your message does not say.

Is this causing any actual problems, or are you just seeing this in the
SVN Console? I believe it is just the latter. We currently have some
code to run svn info to get some extra info (that makes Synch work better
but is not essential). The code has to make a URL on the fly and it does
not currently work or externals.

In the next release, if you change to using the now native JavaSVN
adapter, this all goes away. We are also working on a similar fix for
JavaHL but that will not be available before Subversion 1.3.

If you are getting some kind of error message or exception other than in
the Console, then please post back with more details.
