Did you try using the update site before I did this? If so, then perhaps
it is a cache, although I do not think so. I think Eclipse just
automatically filters out the older versions.

The problem is that since the dependency is outside of Eclipse we can't
use any of the Eclipse-type features to let Eclipse know which version you
can install.
