Hello Thomas,

Use Eclipse Install/Update preference page. You may set up additional http
proxy settings in ECLIPSE_HOME/configuration/config.ini file. The following
properties are supported:

http.proxyUser
http.proxyPassword
http.nonProxyHosts (comma separated list of hosts that have to bypass
proxy).

You have to restart Eclipse to apply changes made in config.ini file. Also,
one of the user reported, that on Linux, with J2SE 1.5 one have to restart
Eclipse after changing proxy settings in Eclipse preferences dialog.
