Subclipse behind http proxy

I updated to 0.8.8.1 today - and guess what, it works really great! It's
fast, and works well with http proxy (tried on windows and on linux
(debian/unstable) )
Sorry that I did not check the fix earlier so I could not give you the
feedback in time.
