Those sorts of problems are the ones we have been dealing with in the
Synch view. As of the the 0.9.28 release the only problems I ever
encounter are when committing and outgoing delete. In that scenario, it
does not remove from the Synch view unless you do a new Synch on a
different resource or restart Eclipse.

If you are seeing it in other scenarios, perhaps it is an Eclipse 3.1
issue. The Synch stuff uses a lot of Eclipse API, so I would not be
shocked to find there are differences coming in Eclipse 3.1.
