RE: where are the menuitems

The team APIs in Eclipse changed dramatically from M7 to M8. McClain's
doing an excellent
job for 3.0, but he hasn't yet got subclipse working with the new APIs.

I have it all working fine with M7 and subclipse-M7-r503-svn1.0.1.zip.
