where are the menuitems

Hi!

I use Eclipse v3 M8 and Subversion v1.0.1 on Windows 2000.

I downloaded "subclipse-M8-all-r536-svn1.0.x.zip" and copied the 2
directories into eclipse's plugin directory.

My problem's next one:
I connect to repository successfully, but I don't see
the "team", "compare with", etc menuitems

Why?
