I tested the patch, it looks great. I had to do a few minor formatting
tweaks, but they were likely from the patch process from my email client.
I committed this in r1556. Thanks for taking the time to do this. And
thanks to Eugene also for the original patch. Hopefully getting this bit
committed will make it easier for you to focus on the rest of what you
wanted to do.

I will probably be releasing 0.9.33 next week. I am expecting the
Subversion 1.2.3 tarball to be put up for testing tonight or tomorrow,
which would hopefully mean it would be released early next week. Once the
Win32 binaries are up, and I have done some testing, I will likely do our
release. It is looking to be a great release.
