Yeah, these two buttons are confusing... After I posted this message I
realized that what I was looking for was the "Display Selected Console"
dropdown (with the blue monitor icon), and I was looking for it in the
"Open Console" dropdown (the white "window" icon).

But I still don't understand this "Open Console" feature...
