Does this mean 0.9.23 doesn't work on Windows? Someone was complaining
about Subclipse on the Struts dev mailing list and wondering if the
project was still active. I posted to their list and told them that
subclipse worked and that the project was quite active and I pointed
them to the new release. So if it doesn't work, let me know.
