That's more or less WONTFIX, it's a bug in 1.7 that I think will not get
fixed before 1.9.

The same, it's a bug in 1.7 that I think will not fixed before 1.9.

I closed 4117 before looking at 4254, then I realised that strictly
speaking 1.7 is still supported so I was unsure whether these should be
closing WONTFIX.
