Updated Swedish translation

Here is the updated sv.po (compressed). Since it was severely out of
date most of it had to be changed, so I didn't bother generating a
diff. Reviews, even superficial ones, are most welcome.

Having done that, I might just as well become its maintainer if nobody
objects.
