"nastąpiłych" is genitive plural of past active adjectival participle (imiesłów przymiotnikowy przeszły czynny) of verb "nastąpić".
Examples of this participle:
  Verb "być": były, byłego, byłemu etc.
  Verb "powstać": powstały, powstałego, powstałemu etc.
  Verb "umrzeć": umarły, umarłego, umarłemu etc.
