We run spamassassin in front of ezmlm. It presumably has rules for
empty subject and/or body. It also has an often-triggered rule for HTML
mail, and a whitelist (negative score) rule for emails to the
-unsubscribe@ aliases.

Should we also add a note about emailing the -owner@ alias in case of
trouble?
