What are the detailed changes for those packages ? Because the 1.5.X are
already existing releases....

Do they need an admin account to be installed on Windows XP / W2K / Vista ?

If you have made changes e.g. for the CHM Files it would be nice to
share those changes to the dev list as a patch, so it can be decided to
integrate those changes into the real distros...
