These are Windows msi installers built on D.J Heap's binaries available on Tigris.org (unmodified).

Troy Simpson has provided installers for versions up to 1.5.3, but not for 1.5.4 an onward.
So I tried to build them from the WiX source code in the subversion repository, and managed to build the without any changes.
For the 1.6 I had to remove (or actually modify) the Apache selection page cause D.J hasn't built any binaries for Apache 2.2 (patch attached).

As with Troy's installers you need Admin rights to install.

The CHM files is also built from unchanged source code from http://svnbook.red-bean.com/
For the 1.5 versions from the en-1.5-final tag.
And for the 1.6 from trunk at the day of the build (revision is on start page in chm file).
