I suppose the accompanying documentation should be adjusted too (attached
is a patch to /packages/python-windows/README.txt). I took the liberty of
setting svn:eol-style, bumping the version number and adding libsvn_diff
as well.

I also notice that that README mentions libapr{,iconv,util}.dll, whereas
the libraries in the core distribution are libapr{,iconv,util}-1.dll. I
don't know which version does the current bindings installer actually use,
but perhaps someone does.
