commercial support page criteria

What are the criteria for being on the commercial support page on the
web site (http://subversion.tigris.org/commercial-support.html) ?

I'd like to add myself (http://www.producingoss.com/consulting.html).
I know I could just commit the change -- but if there's a process
for this, I'm happy to go through it.
